Beautiful weather to hold an open house in Naples, Florida. The temperature is 82 degrees outside with a slight breeze swaying the palm trees ever so gently.
Pelican Bay is a community with some of the best amenities in Naples. Just to mention a few, as a member here you will enjoy private beaches, tennis, dining on the gulf, shops and protected nature preserves.
I have enjoyed visiting with the guest today. Many of them from the cold northern states renting for season and contemplating purchasing a 2nd home or a retirement home.
